We collect your personal data for the purpose of using the Website and/or Service. Detailed information about the processing of your personal data is provided in this Privacy Policy.

This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you, as a user of these Websites (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "User"), use these Websites.

By using the Websites, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. Unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, the terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meaning as in our Website Terms of Use.

By clicking "Continue," you grant us permission to send you emails (phone number) about our offers. If you decide not to receive any further emails, you can unsubscribe at any time at the bottom of each email. TheSoftware respects the privacy of every individual who visits our Websites. This Privacy Policy statement provides notice of the standards and terms under which TheSoftware protects the privacy of information provided by visitors to sites on the World Wide Web that are owned and operated by TheSoftware, including TheSoftware and TheSoftware. This Privacy Policy statement provides notice of our information collection practices and the ways in which your information may be used. This policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically to review this information.

Personally Identifiable Information

TheSoftware typically receives specific data about its Website visitors only when such information is provided voluntarily, such as when our visitors request information, purchase or enroll in services, open a customer support inquiry ticket, provide resume information for employment opportunities, or send us an email. Some of these activities, of course, require you to provide information, such as when you make a purchase, use a credit card to pay for services, submit your resume, or request certain types of information. When you provide personally identifiable information to TheSoftware through one of our Websites, it will be used to fulfill your specific request. In most cases, you will have the option to choose whether you want TheSoftware to use this information for additional purposes. You may also request that TheSoftware not use your information by sending an email to: [email protected]; however, TheSoftware reserves the right, at its discretion, to send you bulletins and other important information about your TheSoftware services. In the absence of any instructions from you, TheSoftware may use the information you provide to inform you about additional services and products offered by the TheSoftware family of companies, TheSoftware authorized agents, and other goods and services providers with whom TheSoftware has relationships and whose offerings might be of interest to you. However, TheSoftware will not sell or trade your personal data unless we are authorized or legally required to do so, or in the case of imminent physical harm to the visitor or others. On those TheSoftware sites where you may provide TheSoftware with credit card or other ordering information via the web, TheSoftware protects and secures this information using commonly available commercial web security and encryption protocols, examples of which include Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and Secure Electronic Transaction (SET). On those sites where you voluntarily offer any feedback, data, responses, questions, comments, suggestions, ideas, or the like, TheSoftware will treat that portion of the information as non-confidential and non-proprietary and, unless otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, TheSoftware assumes no obligation to protect such information from disclosure. Examples in these materials are not to be taken as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas, techniques, and the effort expended. We do not present this as a "get-rich scheme," and you should not perceive it as such.

Non-Personally Identifiable (Generic) Information

In general, TheSoftware collects some generic information automatically. Generic information does not reveal the identity of the visitor. It typically includes information about the internet address assigned to your computer, the number and frequency of visitors, and the TheSoftware sites visited. TheSoftware collects this information for the limited purpose of determining customer service and Website needs. We accomplish this using certain technologies, including "cookies" (a technology that can be used to provide the visitor with tailored information about TheSoftware services). TheSoftware does not combine information collected in this way with any personally identifiable information. You can set your browser to notify you when you receive a cookie, and you can refuse it.
